This contemporary steel frame building with Hawaiian Lueders stone veneer is just over 9,500 square feet.The center has a covered entry and breezeway overlooking a very large pool deck and a private lake. Inside there is a large open Activity Area with a catering kitchen and a bar. There is a separate card room adjacent to the reception area, and across the breeze way there are two exercise centers, one for aerobics and one for equipment base exercise.
